Fabulous hostel. Owners/staff great. Owner very helpful. Hostel is clean, beds comfy. A/C in dorm good. Shower ok, hot water. Breakfast good. Location good. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

The rooms have everythimg you need for a short or a long stay. Everything is spotless clean, they have thought of absolutely everything. The private room we stayed in was quiet. The location is great if you want to be in the city centre. Breakfast options are good. I would 100% recommend and come back.

We stayed four nights at Long Hostel in a private room. It was very good value for money however the bed was very uncomfortable (needs a new mattress and a bigger duvet/sheet). The shower also stopped working on the last day. We can’t complain too much as the breakfast was great, freshly cooked and it was such good value. Great location too!

I love this hostel. I had a private room, which was absolutely excellent. I kept extending my stay. Originally, I was only going to stay two days and ended up staying nine! They served the best breakfast included I have ever had. Try the banana pancakes, they were super good. And the eggs. And the fruit and vegetables.

Friendly staff and central location. Very close to Bùi Viện street, but far enough away to be very quiet at night. Solid breakfast options and clean facilities. Would stay there again.

Love this place!

The people here are so friendly, breakfast was absolutely delicious. For the price, it was a very nice stay. Room was a great size super close to the main street and ac and fan in room with a fridge. You literally cant go wrong.

Super stay at long hostel

We loved our stay here. We felt part of a family. Everyone chatted freely at breakfast and other times. The owner Cam is amazing, she went beyond to make our stay as great as it can be. I can't rate this place higher. I highly recommend this place.

Hidden Gem!

Super clean and homey. Breakfast was made to order. Owner went above and beyond with everything. Also, laundry service was a big plus! It was also within walking distance (20-30 mins) of most things we wanted to see.

Very clean and quiet. It’s walking distance to a lot of popular sites and shopping. The staff are friendly and accommodating. I am so glad they let us walk in with our shoes and we can walk with slippers inside the hostel! I just wish I had a room with windows and a bedside lamp bright enoughfor reading before bed.

Great value accommodation. Close to the action of Bui Vien street, plenty of restaurants and stalls near by and about 25-30 mins to the museums. Also very close to the main bus station so getting to and from the airport is very easy. The accommodation itself is well managed, clean and quiet. Breakfast is included! And a special note on the lady who runs the place. She is an absolute sweetheart. She accommodated me when i extended my stay, and then when I had to cut is short 😅. Also helped me print my documents for forward travel. I'd stay here again!

Long Hostel has an excellent location close to walkable sites. The staff are amazing and accommodating ... and lovely. The room is a little dated, but very clean. Some might find the bed a bit hard, but better than a soft bed I say! The free breakfast and drink is delicious and they also provide water and bananas. Incredible value for your money. Kindly tip the staff. They work so hard.

Long Hostel is on a street where there are many other hostels. Many travellers I met at the hostel who had been travelling around Vietnam, all said that this hostel so far has been the nicest. That says something about this hostel. Free breakfast provided from 7-10am with good food and drink options. Water fountain to fill your water bottles is available for all guests. Tours can be booked at reception very easily, with pick ups. Rooms were clean with large lockers for the backpacks to be stowed away, but unfortunately there are no curtains around each bed, no shelf for each bed to place their key items or a small light. These are not essential but it would be helpful. The room has a large fridge to keep drinks cold. The bathroom was small and it seems the norm that the shower is not divided from the toilet. So everything unfortunately gets wet. But they do provide sandals in the rooms for you to wear around the room and in bathroom. Sachets of shower gels were also provided. The hostel is located 2 mins from the food walking street and about 40 mins from the War Remnants Museum and City Hall. I would recommend this hostel where you can meet lots of people over the breakfast table. The staff all greet you with a smile and are helpful with any queries you may have. On leaving they kindly even booked a cab via the grab app for me, so I could get to the airport.
