Staying at La Siesta was hands down the best experience we’ve ever had at any hotel!! Each and every member of the staff was attentive, more than willing to jump in and help and provide that “wow” experience!! From the time we were greeted by Mai NGO (she’s simply exceptional), to the time we had a party of four service members walk us to our car while departing (with a going away gift!), every touch point gave us a feeling of being taken care of and in good hands. Truly a wonderful way to end our 2-week vacation in Vietnam and Cambodia. The location is perfect, with several great restaurants just a few steps away and many shopping options, including the historic and popular Ben Thanh market just a short block away. They have a rooftop restaurant and pool with a wonderful view. Breakfast buffet options were more than adequate and food quality was great.

Wow when we first arrived we were greeted to a lovely welcome drink and fruit. The reception area is just beautiful and it is so calming away from the craziness outside! This hotel had a great location right in the centre of everything you need to see in Saigon. The rooms were comfortable and clean. I used the gym each morning which was perfect all equipment you needed, just no rower. Pool is lovely, lack of sun loungers due to the space up there so be prepared not get get a seat in the afternoon. We had an issue with our drinks at the rooftop bar. The hotel was quick to rectify and also provided us with a taxi to the airport which was a very lovely gesture. Breakfast is very good, variety of egg dishes to order and hot and cold buffet food with both European, Vietnamese etc. coffee is great! Wide section and they even did skimmed milk! Great roof top bar which serves lovely cocktails, have written feedback about the ‘happy hour’ as it doesn’t take any discount off your drink, you get spring rolls… we did go else where for drinks after the first night. As they are pricey at £9 each. Lovely bar called Sol on the corner which serve amazing cocktails and their happy hour is 90k each! Overall I would return and recommend to anyone looking for some luxury in the city! It was a nice final 3 days to stay here after 2 weeks in Vietnam. I actually wished I booked this hotel in Hanoi!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at La Siesta Premium Saigon! All the staff went over and beyond to ensure that we had a fantastic time. The location was so central, with a lot of restaurants and tourist attractions within walking distance. I loved all the little touches such as our welcome drink and leaving gift! I cannot recommend this hotel enough. When I visit Ho Chi Minh again staying at La Siesta is a must! Thank you again!
