Totally recommend it

The hotel is located in a small alley. I booked a room with a window but it was too small, so I was offered a bigger room but with no window. The hotel is clean and staff are the stars of the place. Very nice and polite. Always receiving you with a big smile on their faces. Special big thank you to Kate at the reception desk, who helped me with a refund I had to receive from a previous hotel I stayed in Hanoi. She very kindly offered to receive the funds in the hotel’s bank account, since I didn’t have a bank account of my own in the country. I would definitely stay here again if I come back in Ho Chi Minh City.
