Brand new hotel with modern design and plentiful amenities. Tucked in a cul-de-sac area so you aren't surrounded by street noise. The location is great with a street market near by and 10 minutes car drive from airport. Rooms are spacious and super clean. Love this hotel and would definitely come back when we are in town.

The place was really nice and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. It is tucked away in an alleyway so be mindful of that. The room was spacious enough for two. There’s a vanity table that’s built into the table which was nice and a small little foldable table attached to the main desk in the room. The balcony was really small but a nice addition. It’s only big enough for you to stand and not sit. Overall really nice stay that was worth the price.

The place is new. It is a small place only 14 units, therefore, it is quiet. The room is clean and has central AC. There are a lot of restaurants and coffee shops nearby. It is close to the airport. A shout out to the front desk staff, they were very friendly and helpful. Our only complaint is the beds are too firm which caused some backache. Other than that we definitely love the place, and would not mind staying at Tera The S the next time.

A new, clean hotel located near a main road. Although the address is 337/2/4, it is still situated right off the main thoroughfare, making vehicle access very easy; it is close to delicious eateries and a market, and all the furnishings and amenities are new and high-quality. The staff are delightful—Tai and An are both gentle and hospitable.

The apartment is excellent. It's lovely. Perfect for a small family. It was well maintained to perfection and has all the amenities required for a stay. We were provided with drinking water which wasmuch needed. Kaiz and other receptionist are quite helpful.
