Disliked: Staff & service, property conditions & facilities
I booked fantasy suite for one night. The staff is jot friendly even though I speak Vietnamese. The security guy at the front door and staff people did not help me the my suitcases. They just looked until I asked for help. It seems that this motel is tended for hourly rate business.

This place is very clean and accessible to many places in the city. Nice restaurants, banks and shopping center. Staff is vert nice and attend to customers need. I enjoyed my stay here.

We stay at 1st floor and most of the time we are not able to connect to Wifi . Informed receptionist but nothing has been done . Was surprised that we have been charged VN Dong 90k because we checked out 1/2 late . We have been staying in 2 star hotels up to 5 star hotels but never been asked to pay for " a little bit of late check out " ( Even sometimes we checked out 1 hour late due to flight schedule )
