Nice and clean. Just for sleeping overnight for early flight the next morning. Supposed to include a transfer to airport but this was not provided as they informed at the hotel that the transfer service was only available between 7am to 7pm. Left too early for breakfast and they packed breakfast for us which was a few boiled eggs and a sandwich.

Overall, our experience was far below what we expected. Part of the problem was the result of a language barrier, but this was only part of it. We tried to arrange for the shuttle, first through Hotels.com and then directly sending an email to the hotel, but we got no response. When we arrived to the hotel we also tried to request the free shuttle to the airport, but they didn’t seem to understand. When we asked again in the morning (day staff seemed to understand English much better), they said it was too late, so we had to pay for taxi. Also, we were told there wasn’t free breakfast, even though the listing mentions that it is included. The place is listed as being recently constructed, but seemed worn in places (carpets, for example). After nearly 24 hour travel time, this was a disappointing was to start our trip to Vietnam..

On the Expedia page it is mentioned that this hotel offers a 24 hord airport shuttle service. However at checking in I was told that this is wrong:the shuttle service starts at 7AM. I had a flight at 5AM so I insisted that they must keep what is on the page and provide me a free lift to the airport at 2:30AM to which the hotel finally agreed. Expedia should check and eventually correct the information on their web site.

There are many insects and mosquito in room, talked to staff for mosquitoes coil but they didn’t have it. Besides, toilet bowl was easily clogged and no technical staff would be on duty at night to fix the toilet bowl. Its shampoo and body wash smell weird. But they provided free transportation to airport.

I stayed in a Deluxe Queen room with a queen size bed. The room is very spacious. There’s a small round table with two chairs on one side of the bed. A large mirror, a large size TV, a cabinet with a refrigerator inside. The bathroom is even more spacious than expected. It’s equipped with a sink, a basket of comb, toothbrush, etc. and a large shower booth included shampoo and body gel. White towels were on a side. Very comfortable overall. The staff is extremely helpful. The best part was the free airport pickup. Before leaving for my trip, I contacted the hotel and gave my flight information. A driver was sent to the airport with a sign of my name to meet me in the day of arrival. It was nice and simple. I greatly appreciate the convenience. One suggestion for the hotel is to install electric outlet near the mirror. I found

Hotel weren't able to find our booking. Through website it states complimentary breakfast and airport shuttle but it isn't. Was unpleasant to deal with from checkin to checkout. It may not have been their fault and maybe expedia'a with incorrect listing but either way, it was a sour start to our holiday.

エアポートからは10から15分の距離で、トランジットの利用だと非常に便利。部屋もまあ綺麗で、長い逗留でなければ問題ない。前にコンビニもあり、食事等にも困らない。ただ、空港からこのホテルに行き方が難しい。ショートカットするには柵を越える等、少し面倒。大きい通りを信号無しで横切らないといけないので、そういう事を厭う方はタクシー利用が吉。
