They didn’t even give a hair brush or a tooth , toothpaste etc like basic hotel amenities .I see a peace of paper on floor when I came in my room and it seems not clean.When we book a big room and they give different smaller one .We came late at night and have no other hotels and we booked already so we couldn’t do anything

Despite no window the room was fine. The toilet has a shower seat which was nice. The breakfast is poor. The staff are not friendly and mind their own business. But the hotel is clean and cheap. Location is excellent, within walking distance to hundreds of Japanese style bars. Recommended.

Bedroom booked had dodgy light switches that buzzed and crackled when used. Advertised with Swimming Pool, that wasn't the case though. 1 lift o/o/o during my stay, but it was Lunar New Years day, so I can see why it wasn't fixed! Staff were lovely, spoke better English than I hoped for and did everything to assist if called upon. Food from Breakfast to Evening meals were FANTASTIC and ive eaten in some great restuarants around the globe.

The room is dirty. I can see the dust everywhere. Aircon was not working in and it took more than 30 minutes for the staff to come and fix. While i appreciated they tried to offer desserts another day, the immediate services was poor ( bascially nothting )

Nice hotel in the middle of District 1, however it is also in the middle of a lot of riff-raff. The coffee shop downstairs is an excellent place to have a coffee and watch the riff-raff go on by. It is also next to little tokyo and a short walk to a lot of other things nearby.

A very nice hotel, practical rooms with excellent and newly renovated bathrooms. Staff was lovely and always happy to help. The neighborhood is great as it is near the main things a tourist would like to visit. Just in front of the hotel during the night things look a bit dodgy, but avoiding the alley across the hotel street and going to the city center you face 0 problems ! Happy I stayed there and it is totally recommended as a hotel.
