The young ladies who staffed the hotel were excellent and polite. The hotel is in a quiet neighborhood and off the beaten path. The hotel itself needs a bit of love as the condition needs some repair. The price was right and it can give you a local experience.

It’s a very nice clean Hotel, it’s close to University and a bit on a quiet part of the city. Tha staff is very polite and helpful.For transportation Grab is more practical since bus station is tricky to walk to. Bus station is on the busy multiple line expressway.

On my second night at the hotel, there was a loud knocking at my door as I was sleeping. The knocking was incessant After putting on my clothes, I opened the door and there were 3 policemen. They demanded to see my passport. They found the entrance stamp in my passport, then gave me my passport back and left. Evidently, this hotel failed to follow the laws of Vietnam which mandates that all foreign guests must be informed to the police and a copy of the passport info page and the page with the entrance stamp sent immediately to the police

Quiet location - off the beaten path. Be prepared to order grab everyday to get food, travel into city or visit nearby eateries because hotel does not provide any amenities to guest. Otherwise, very clean hotel, staff made sure room was well kept throughout our stay! 3 / 5 stars English is limited - use google translate!

Professional, Friendly and Awesome Hotel

Great experience and stay at the Bin Bin Hotel 1. The staff and owner do a great job to make our stay enjoyable. The owner and staff are very friendly and run a very professional and warm inviting hotel. Thank you all for such an amazing time.
