Located near Ben Thanh so that was a positive, lots of dining options around. Staff was friendly. The knocks on this place are: power outage for half an hour, construction work going on near the property, the bathroom door was hard to close and its lock did not work, and finally, the A/C unit was barely adequate... at 19° C!

Good location, we had the large room and there was a lot of space, breakfast was amazing! Staff were friendly. We went with our family of 9 and it was good for all of us. I did notice lots of little ants crawling around, but that’s expected in VN IMO. Overall would recommend!

Very nice family run business. They were friendly and accommodated any requests including breakfast and laundry. Rooms were as advertised. Clean, spacious, and comfortable.
