We absolutely loved our stay here. The vibe of the hotel was amazing—stylish, relaxed, and welcoming. The staff was incredibly friendly and made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The hotel is in a great location and very walkable to many sites and great restaurants. There is a small but very nice rooftop pool and the breakfast buffet was the best I had during a 3 week journey across VN. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The only downside is that not all the junior suites seem to be the same. I was initially placed in room 711 which felt cramped because of the layout but was moved to 309 after the first night and that room was spacious. The hotel is a little older but very clean and well maintained.
