The hotel was much dirtier than advertised and looked nothing like the photos online. The room felt worn down and wasn’t very well maintained. The biggest issue, though, was the location. It’s right in the middle of Bùi Viện Walking Street, so from about 7 PM until 3 AM the music is so loud that you can literally feel the room shaking. That’s partly on me since I didn’t research the area beforehand, but it’s definitely something future guests should know if they’re expecting to get any sleep. If you’re coming to party all night, the location is great. Otherwise, I’d recommend staying somewhere a little farther away.

I had a great time staying at 99 Hotel. The location was perfect & right in the middle of the action on Bui Vien Street. The staff was very nice, the bed was comfortable & the shower was nice & hot.

Staff were wonderful and very accommodating. Bed was comfortable. We had booked a balcony room on the front of the building. Our first night was very loud from the clubs on the street. We ssked if we could be moved to a quieter room and we were moved the next day. We enjoyed the rest of our stay. Easy walking distance to many attractions.
