"We stayed here for 3 nights. This place is only 10 to 15 minute walking distance to Colosseum and Metro Train and close to restaurants and convenient stores. This place was very clean and everything worked well including air conditioning and fridge. I would definitely come back to this place if I visit Rome again."

"It’s conveniently located close to the Manzoni metro stop which is just two stops from Roma Termini. The place is clean, quiet, and comfortable, well worth the cost. The free breakfast is surprisingly good. "

"We have great stay there for 2 night. Staffs are very helpful. They showed map and guide u how to go. Location s very Manzoni Train station. It s quite safe in this area. Beside train metro, they are very near Tram no. 3 which go main tourist spots. Cant say anything else. It was perfect. "

"It’s very clean, and neat. It’s just a hotel to stay & sleep they don’t have common areas or a gym and bar like other hotels. My stay was safe and comfortable. The staff were easy to contact. Its a great location, 20 mins from aroma Termini, 3 mins to Basilica Giovanni lateran and scala santa, 15-20 minutes to The Colosseum. 2 mins bus and taxi station. There’s a convenient store around the corner as well to buy food, water and toiletries. I would definitely recommend."

"What a pleasant surprise with the Cross Hotel! The place was much better than we were anticipating, and located in a very good neighborhood, close to restaurantes and bar. Breakfasts was very good, especially considering the low cost."

"We had a great visit at DVE Suites, and appreciated the proximity to the Roma Termini and the Metro station, which made getting around very easy. Our host was SO helpful and accommodating, and a proactive communicator to help ensure we were stress-free. Also enjoyed a couple of fabulous meals steps from DVE Suites at a wine bar / restaurant that we adored (Quartino) that if you’re a food and wine lover, you must try."

"A neat and private room with it's own private patio. Easy access to the metro and busses. Limited space for unpacking your luggage. The cleaning service did little more than make the bed. The room got very hot as the aircon wasn't very strong."

"The room was great in general and it has great location. But be mindful there is no lobby down stairs for someone to assist you. It’s self check in by calling the manager. Something’s that I didn’t like was sending my documents through whatsup which I couldn’t connect. The second part, I felt unsafe and nervous. The last part is the elevator does not work which is frustrating having to carry the luggage through the long stairs. A man might manage but if you are a lady, o would not recommend this...

"Perfect location for the Colosseum and Forum. Easy access to the Metro to reach other areas like the Vatican. Excellent nearby restaurants, which are good value, even those adjacent to the sites, that was a surprise! The hotel is great, our executive room was marvellous, spacious, clean and importantly quiet. Effective blackout curtains and air con. In room safe was excellent and sturdy. Breakfast was generous and all encompassing of any taste. You can look at the Colosseum from the roof top...

"Das Hotel ist einfach fantastisch. Die Lage ist gut. Die Anlage ist sehr sauber und schafft eine ruhige Atmosphäre. Das gesamte Personal, das Hotel und die Vibes sind klasse. Die Zimmer sind ausreichend ausgestattet. Am Pool könnte es mehr Liegeplätze geben, das kann zu Stoßzeiten eng werden. Zum abkühlen reicht es aber allemal aus."

"This was a wonderful place to stay! A big, clean room and bathroom, an excellent breakfast included, helpful staff and a very convenient location near a subway line and near the Colosseum and other sites. I’d stay here again!"

"We stayed 3 nights. Our room was small and there was no closet or drawers to store our clothes. The bathroom was very small, especially the shower which measured 2.5ft x 2.5ft. that I could hardly move around in the shower. Also, the toilet was very close to the shower which made it difficult to sit down comfortably. If you're tall or big, I'd think twice before staying here. The good thing about this place was the staff which were all nice and helpful."

"The gym area is not air conditioned so time your workout accordingly. The toilet in our room was emitting sewer gases. It was fine as long as we kept the bathroom door closed but it was not very pleasant to be in the bathroom. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable. The neighborhood had some great restaurants and was an easy walk to the colosseum and Roman Forum."

"The only positive aspect of this guest house was that the rooms and bathrooms were spotless, and housekeeping standards were clearly maintained well. Unfortunately, the overall experience was disappointing. There is no elevator, which made carrying luggage up to the second floor extremely inconvenient, especially for a group. The property is also very basic in terms of aesthetics and lacks warmth or charm. The management was not flexible with policies or guest requests, which added unnecessary...
