Staff was lovely very nice and helpful with a lot of insight and recommendations, amenities where beautiful curated, love the location was centric but in a quiet neighborhood. We loved our stay.
The hotel is a gem, beautiful exterior and interior, wonderful staff, very clean, the owner is super nice.
It is a pleasure to come back to the quiet location after the Rome crowds and noise, very relaxing.
Great property and staff. Just a bit further from the old city to easily walk

I really enjoyed my stay. Accommodations were nice. Breakfast was perfect and most importantly the staff is wonderful. They could not have been more helpful and kind. The courtyard is a relaxing and tranquil space. I met fellow patrons and the service was spot on. Highly recommend!
We had a wonderful stay at this small non-chain hotel the staff were wonderful and did everything they could to be welcoming and helpful. The local restaurant recommendations they gave were spot on for our budget. Sad to have had to go home

The smallest room I’ve seen in a hotel. Great location. No breakfast included
Absolutely loved this place! Was very walkable to many places, but truly the best thing about this place is how awesome staff were!!!! Absolutely charming and amazing! Always willing to help out and answer any questions. I would 1000% stay here again! Thank you!!!!

Good location, some updates needed
Great location, friendly staff, nice outside area and reception. Room was a bit small (as to be expected). We were woken up by the cleaner very early making noise outside and the breakfast didn’t go past 0930 which seems a little early. Bathroom also needs decor updating. However, the shower was large, overall experience was good and the price was reasonable.
A charming, well-kept hotel within walking distance from the heart of Rome. The courtyard where you enter is a nice, quiet place to relax and eat or drink; the decor in the lobby and lounge area is bright and vibrant; our room was cozy and clean, and served as a great home from which to plan our trips each day.
But the best part by far is the staff! They were all friendly and helpful, but Angela was the standout for us, offering advice and recommendations not only for our stay in Rome, but also our upcoming stay in Naples. As a Napoli native, she was an expert on both cities. All of her recommendations for sight-seeing, food and drink, etc. were top notch, and provided us some great experiences we wouldn't have found otherwise. She was friendly, funny, and charming — talking with us like we were old friends, and making us feel right at home on our first night in the city.
We will definitely be staying again the next time we visit Rome!

We really enjoyed our stay. It was nice to be a little away from all the activity in Rome, but still accessible. The room was clean and the bed was amazing. It was surprisingly quiet as well. We thoroughly enjoyed the staff, especially Vladimir. They went out of their way to make us comfortable and take care of all of our needs. We will definitely be back!
Good location, walkable to Colosseum. Very good breakfast. Our room was not looking as nice as in the pictures, we had a very basic room, no balcony, but clean and comfortable. 24 hours reception was very useful, since we arrived at midnight.

I did not eat breakfast here, reason is because I was out of the hotel early and always coming late really late, :) but open 24/7
Upon entering the room there was a foul smell of sewage. We had to open all the windows to get rid of the smell. After a long day exploring Rome , coming back to the room was the same smell. It was so gross and disturbing. In addition the front desk lady told us we had to pay the tourist tax with cash. They didn’t accept card payment. We thought this was weird but attempted to search for cash options since we didn’t bring Euros with us. The morning of check out I explained to an older front desk lady that I could not take out cash at the atm. She said ok and pulled out the pos system so I can pay with my card. This whole time they accepted card but wanted to forcibly make us pay cash. It sounds like a scam to me. Do yourself a favor and do not stay here.
