"All the Staff are very friendly and professional. They are very helpful and understanding. Room is cleaned, housekeeper did the good job. We have n I have a nice room with ocean view. Go early to 51th floor for breakfast n 20th floor for lounge bar to get good view. The view is perfect. Must go! Location is ok. Can use Metro n JR train for transportation. Visit Namba and other cities is very convenient. We found few restaurants near hotel is pretty good. Hotel will store the luggage if arrive early or after check out. The system are very secure. "

"We love everything about our stay at Marina. This is a modern building completely automated in a quiet area within walking distance to Osakajo metro station. It’s rather an apart hotel than a traditional one. Rooms are well equipped and spacious for Japanese standards. There’s no front fest but staff will respond quickly to online requests. I’d definitely rễcommend this property. "
