The breakfast has a respectable spread, what one would expect from a 5-star hotel, but the "tastiness" has many room for improvement."

"The location is good as its near a "mall" which has many good eating options and amenities. Hotel provides pickup from nearby train station which is very helpful since its our first time to Hangzhou. Also the staff is very helpful and friendly."
