"I had a perfect stay at this hotel and wish to say thank you to all personal I interacted with for the great service, excellent room and allowing me to create great memories in Hanoi. I stayed only one night but I will book again if I visit Vietnam. I was welcomed with warm hospitality since the moment I arrived. The rooms were super clean and beautifully designed. I appreciated the high quality bed and bed sheets that made my stay so comfortable. The location was great, in the heart of Hanoi, perfect for walking and exploring the old city. Everything about my stay exceeded my expectations. I truly had nothing to complain about."

They were friendly, helpful, and just constantly tried to make you feel welcomed. Breakfast was fabulous. Lots of dishes to choose from. I would definitely recommend this hotel. "

"Had an excellent 2 nights stay in this hotel. The female receptionist was super polite and courteous to all the guests. Was given a free room upgrade and the staff knowing we were boarding an early flight the next morning, offered to pack our breakfast to go the next day. Room facilities were great, bed was very comfortable, room was clean and toilet was fully equipped. Not forgetting the wide variety of buffet breakfast. To the female receptionist, keep up that attitude "
