Room cleaned and everything refreshed every day. Always came back to new water bottles, toothbrushes, combs, etc. Front desk staff were very welcoming, always greeting with a "Xin Chao". Breakfast was nice, with a decent array of options, though more limited for those with a vegetarian or halal diet (but still plenty to choose from). They also cooked you eggs to your taste on request, and I must say, they cooked them perfectly.

Room were very clean. However, our room faces same direction as the front door alley & every morning the strong oily cooking smell from the food eatery besides the hotel gets into the room. Would be good if the hotel could just seal the windows up since no one will open it. Or if you intend to stay here, just choose 1 of the other 2 rooms since there are only 3 rooms per floor. Overall still a good stay as the room itself was really nice and comfortable especially the bed and nice washroom. Hotel slippers are however recycled which i personally will not use it, so bring your own if you are same as me.

Clean room, kind staff, and delicious breakfast! Only con was finding the place but once you find it, you appreciate the location! Its perfect for staying directly in old quarter but in a place where you can get peace and quiet.

It is located in an alley/lane off one of the busiest street of Hanoi so the car will have to park 5 minutes away from the hotel. Not accessible by car so you will have to wheel your luggage in

スタッフの対応も迅速で丁寧、清潔でとても気持ちよく滞在できました。ホテルは街の中心にあるけど、ホテルの道が突き当たりになるため通り抜けにならないためとても静かでした。バイクの音など気になる方はぜひ！
