The hotel and staff are wonderful. Ms. Le helped to arrange everything from spa appointments to transportation to ideas of places to go and things to see or do. The hotel is clean. Best hotel ever! My room was humongous and the bed was super comfortable. The hotel is centrally located; perfectly close to tons of shops and restaurants. The staff was amazing, friendly and super helpful. They organized my visa and 3 tours for me. I love not having to think lol. Special shout out to Rosie and Mai. Give them both raises!
