"Everything is perfect. One of the best hotels I have been visited! "

"Everything was acceptable. The bathroom is rather small and if you don’t like a modular bathroom then this will not be your choice."

"Outstanding service from manager and staffs. Absolutely great place to stay and relax with outdoor onsen in the room. Great locations with many restaurants nearby which can reach by walk. The room is clean, food at the hotel is good quality and super tasty. We’ll definitely come back. "

"The property was so beautiful and well maintained. There were 4 of us and the room we had was huge! The staff was incredibly helpful with booking our lift tickets and coordinating with the rental companies for equipment pick up and drop off. They even helped us book a private taxi back to the train station. Only a couple mins from Evergreen ski school and the happo one lift. Also, the little sandwiches and cereal they had in the morning was a perfect snack to start the day before our activities....

"Joe sama and June sama are the most kind and hospitable hosts. Their English was perfect which helped with directions and made communication seamless. Everything about our stay had so much thought and care put into it. The onsen was superb. The baths were tranquil and clean. The breakfast was like a Michelin star quality. Everything was local and fresh every morning. They provided helpful recommendations and made reservations for us at nearby restaurants that we walked to. The rooms were...

"We had a good stay in the property. Great location. Walking distance to the Hoppo One. Complimentary grocery shopping service once a day, which is very helpful. Breakfast has limited options. Overall we had a good stay here. We will be back soon"
