"Beautiful, the in room onsen was amazing and the room was awesome. Great staff. Great location. Wish I could stay for longer- perfect to break up the hustle and bustle of the big cities. Make sure you arrive early- all of the attractions close around 5 pm, which I didn’t realize, but the staff stored my luggage while I went to explore on check out day. The only thing that wasn’t amazing was dinner, but I didn’t go for one of the higher priced wagyu steaks. Otherwise , a perfect stay."

"We had a very pleasant stay at this Japanese-style hotel. The property was clean, quiet, and well maintained, with a relaxing traditional atmosphere. Having a private onsen was a nice experience and made the stay feel extra comfortable and peaceful. The dinner was very good, with fresh ingredients and nicely prepared dishes. "From the moment we arrived, this luxury hotel exceeded every expectation. The dining experience was exceptional. The Michelin-starred dinner was beautifully presented and every dish was crafted with incredible attention to detail and flavor. Breakfast was equally impressive, with a wonderful selection of fresh and high-quality ingredients. What made this stay even more special was the tranquility of the hotel.
