"It was such a lovely stay with excellent food options, both at the hotel buffet and near the hotel. The employees were also very professional and welcoming to us. Would book here if I have the chance to come back to Hakodate!"

"The laundry room was easy to use and super convenient for longer trips. I was able to do 2 loads without having to wait. The room was spacious and I could open up two large luggages and still have space. The location felt a little more remote but is accessible to most attractions either by foot or by tram. "

"Perfect"

"Great location. Close to JR and tram station. Ir takes 5 min walking to the morning market where you can find seafood till 2 PM. Breakfast on the 10th floor is very nice, many variety of food. Hotel staffs are very helpful."

"Not far.from train station by.walking.Overall.is good."

"Easy and convenient to travel to visit Hakodate city"

"In all, just acceptable. Rather rundown conditions. The major plus point is its location where it is near JR Sapporo Station."
