Great hotel in Hakodate.

Very nice hotel, breakfast have so much selections that it took us 3 days just to try almost everything. Services are great, friendly and professional young staffs. We really enjoy our stay.

Breakfast buffet is amazing. Lots of selections of high quality food. Room is spacious and very clean. Bed is very comfortable. Onsen and massage service offered are first rate. Location is excellent; within short walk of fish market and bus/train stations. Will return to Hakodate and stay at Century Marina again.

Memorable stay in Hakodate with lavish breakfast buffet and great hot spring bath indoor/outdoor with view of Mt Hakodate. Make sure you go to breakfast buffet early to avoid the queue!

Loved the breakfast – everything was delicious, and there was a huge selection! We truly felt a warm welcome during our stay on the Royal Floor. Having a hot spring bath right in the room was such a special experience. The living room offers a great view of the harbor and the Mashu Maru ferry.

Can’t ask for better option with this fantastic hotel right closely located near the Hakodate station The breakfast option is like a full lunch buffet and definitely worth topping up in the package— be careful though to wake up early to avoid the crowd!

Lovely hotel. Absolutely amazing breakfast (but very popular…. First hotel where there is a queue to get in at 6 am). A heads up would have been nice if we were told to bring our towels from our room to the onsen. Probably got lost in translation. But excellent hotel.

Hotel has nice onsen, very popular even close to midnight. There are free soup and drinks in lobby . There are free pillow to choose from pillow counter and free scent to choose daily. The breakfast is a must go, really fabulous spread and delicious.

Friendly, clean, fantastic breakfast. However, there are only a few elevators for the size of the hotel, so naturally the waiting time was long and uncomfortable. Also, there is no comfortable restaurant in the hotel.

The hotel was very clean and quiet. The mattress was very firm. Too firm to sleep on your side. The breakfast buffet was plentiful but the food was mediocre at best. Even the miso soup had no flavor.

Best breakfast spread in a month of travelling!

Room was small cosy and clean, communal areas comfortable and chic. Very busy and popular hotel due to the Spa (many people walk around or eat/drink in the bar in their spa pj's). Memorable for a superb quality and very extensive breakfast buffet catering to every taste. Walking distance to a lot of sights and 10 minutes to the JR station. Helpful reception staff, incredibly busy tho so quite a few queues.
