A great place to stay with a very kind and helpful staff! Not much noise in the area at all and it’s only two or three blocks away from where the local commuter train stop is. So it was very easy to get around town on foot and to and from the train station on the commuter rail. I would love to come visit again sometime soon!

The location of this property to the harbour and warehouse area was fantastic - a short stroll. A tram stop just around the corner got you to other areas efficiently and quickly. The quirky little cafe around the corner supplies a substantial breakfast for this property. It was very clean and has a great lounge area in the foyer.

Service was good and staffs were very helpful; design of lobby was cosy. Size of room was right and very comfortable mattress and pillow. The entrance was dark and missing international charging points. Short walking distance to most attractions.

初めての函館旅行、二泊三日でお世話になりました。市電、バスの乗り放題を利用するのに最適な立地の良さ、スタッフの方々の笑顔と対応の良さ、15時以後の飲み物とおやつまでいただけて、函館旅行がプラスで満喫できました。残念だったのは壁が薄いのか、隣の部屋の喋り声、くしゃみが大声じゃないにしてもハッキリ聞こえてきたので、こちらのテレビの音量も迷惑じゃなかったかと心配になりました。
