"If you are visiting Universal Studios, the free shuttle service is wonderful. It runs every 15-20 minutes. The staff are very friendly and very helpful. Complaints are the bed, very uncomfortable. The shower has very low pressure. Self parking is $50 daily and Valet is $60 per day. No microwave in the room. I learned the day before our checkout that we could have rented the microwave for the room. "

"We enjoyed our stay and the convenient location to the theme park as well as a local grocery store. It made our stay as a family go very smoothly. There wasn't any complaint of noise except for the one night there was a false fire alarm, but hey good to know it worked. The breakfast was very good and we appreciated the wide selection. There was even a convenient bagel on the run bag. Great staff great stay."
