Very convenient for the airport with free shuttle service. Hotel looks very swish downstairs but the room and especially bathroom were very tired. Small snack shop exceptionally expensive, $6 for a small bottle of water. Nice breakfast buffet.

E-Central Downtown Los Angeles Hotel
The room was clean, modern, and comfortable. My only complaints were that the bed and pillows were quite firm, and the air conditioner made a very loud noise each time it turned on. On a positive note, the valet parking attendant was very nice and helpful.

No your staff for exception of the bartender nobody seemed to want to help no common courtesy and no customer service from the front desk and check in to the staff delivering the meals to the room check out and valet
