I had an amazing time at The Beverly Hills hotel. They made my Birthday trip feel very special. I really appreciated all of the little extra touches. The room was incredible and the staff were attentive without being overbearing. We can’t wait to return to this hotel!

Where we chose to spend my 80th birthday

The hotel gave us an upgrade and lots of other goodies. The staff was excellent; very attentive, friendly and competent. The food in the restaurants was very good, as was the service and ambiance. No complaints. Great hotel, but the really spectacular part of the hotel is the beautifully tended gardens.

You can feel the rich history of the property walking through the hotel. BUT…the up keep of the hotel doesn’t impede on the history of the place. The Beverly Hills hotel has modern amenities but still honors its history.

We continue to be pleasantly surprised with each encounter at this lovely hotel. The food is impecable and the staff is over the top incredible. You can honestly sense that they love what they do. You can feel the passion when they dote on you. I would highly recommend eating all of your meals on the property when you stay there. I have traveled all over the world, and this is top notch!

An absolutely beautiful experience! The Christmas decorations is so festive and magical. The room spacious and beautiful. The food and drinks are perfection. And the staff went beyond and far to be hospitable and professional. Love it. Would definitely go back. You have to try the soufflé at the Polo Bar

We LOVE LOVE LOVE The Beverly Hills Hotel!! The employees went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful!! Everyone there is so tremendously kind and helpful, it keeps us coming back!! Chloe from guest relations is AMAZING!! She took such great care of us and she was so sweet to our 7 year old son!! He loved visiting with her!! She also gave our son the cutest Oscar for completing his scavenger hunt in addition she presented our son’s stuffed animal “Stich” an Oscar as well which made our son over the moon excited!! The pool staff are also incredible!! Blanca is so helpful and kind and it’s amazing that she remembers us each year when we arrive!! She is awesome!! We frequently stay at five star hotels and the Beverly Hill Hotel sets the standard!! Also, the Valet Team is incredible!! Watching them work is like watching a symphony!! We can’t wait to return!!

Not what we expected

Not what we expected fro this level of a hotel. Arrival on Friday was great come Saturday the Hotel transforms into a Locals hot spot the pool was an absolute junk show tons of people cramming into private bungalows when there’s supposed to be 4 people Locals renting rooms and having kids birthday parties at the Dior Pool ????? Taking up multiple chairs and the rest of the guest were left standing around with no where to sit totally unexpected I can’t believe they allow this no one was checking to see if your a guest or not Valet guy slipped up saying a bunch of his friends just show up ? Now the rest of the stay was great polo lounge and staff were amazing rooms are very clean and overall it’s a great place except for the fact it’s NOTHING what it used to be I hope they get there act straighten up at this rate things are going to get worse
