Once we got ahold of them, the maintenance man arrived very quickly and got the problem resolved. "We liked our room, the bathroom was clean, no water stains and shower worked well. Clean towels, plenty of Dove shampoo, body wash and conditioner and body lotion, hair dryer, microwave and frig all worked. The only and very inconvenient problem was the TV!!! We couldn't get the cable to work, after the maintenance guy fixed it, we couldn't get it back, he mentioned the channels would not save in the memory. No batteries? Broken smart TV? Also the remote was hard to operate too. The breakfast was terrible. By 9am , ran out of boiled eggs the first day we stayed, the next day, ran out of sausages when breakfast was offered until 10a. No replenish!! There were no fruits, no waffles, no pancakes, just 1 boiled egg left, bagels/toast, corn flakes, 1 yogurt and orange juice and coffee. The indoor pool was also closed."
