"The hotel is up in the hills and is a great place to stay when you don’t want to stay right on the main tourist areas. The place has a cool “1970s Sci-Fi” vibe about it. The staff was really friendly and helpful! The rooms are great. Beds are comfortable. We had breakfast and dinner there and both meals were really good! The only complaint I have is the rooms are not well lit. Other than that minor issue, it was a perfect place to stay! The only people who probably would not enjoy staying there would be people afraid of heights or elevators."

"It was very frustrating when you’ve travelled for hours, you’re ready to get into your room so you can relax instead all you get is people trying to convinced you to listen to their presentation. First Upon arrival, there was no parking space to get to the main lobby, once we’re in, there’s so many people checking in, the line was so long with only 3 host checking people in. It took me almost an hour to get checked in. They are also trying so hard to get us in to their showing. I get it, it’s their job to sell and get people to listen to their timeshare but once you said no they should’ve taken that. Instead they move me from one counter to another which is the opposite side, I asked what’s for and they told me I am a vip. I was confused and just followed the guy then I stood in line for another 15-20 minutes just for another person to convince me to listen to their presentation and that they would give my Anakeesta tickets for free when I said No, I’m not interested, got upset only then they give me my room key. They also charged me $70 for maintenance fee non refundable and $55 incidental fee which is refundable. They did upgrade my room to king size bed with jacuzzi tub. This was my second time staying here, my first was 3 years ago and I didn’t have this issue. Overall it was a great stay, my room was clean and the air condition works great but I would not go back due to that experience. I want to be able to go in and out when checking in and enjoy the rest of my time."
