"Tiny home was amazing and cozy and clean!!"

"Love the balcony on the creekside we saw a bear as soon we get there and walking distance on most things"

"We enjoyed our stay at Margaritaville. The room and grounds were very clean and welcoming. Every staff member we encountered was friendly professional and made us feel welcome. The woman at the front desk ( sorry, I can’t remember her name) went above and beyond for us. My only complaint would be the noise in the hallway outside our door at all times of the day, & night. Also we were in an ADA ACCESSIBLE room and the tub was very difficult for him to step up and over the edge of the tub to...

"No breakfast."

"I room was clean, but was a lot smaller than the pictures showed. The porch area where the fire pit is the lights were mostly all blown out or not working. The tv and microwave in the room was in Spanish, and I mean the controls. oh and the parking is made for small cars only. The bigger vehicles are doing tight squeezes and if someone doesn't pull all the way up you aren't getting through."

"There was no hot water only lukewarm water for showers."

"Room was clean as usual, bed was comfortable and the HVAC worked well. The room was spacious and I clouded a good sized refrigerator, a microwave and a coffee maker. Separate sink vanities made getting ready to head out much quicker. Shower was hot and good pressure. We choose to stay here each time we visit Gatlinburg because we can park the car and walk everywhere we need to go. The property is starting to show it's age, I hope ownership does some general maintenance to keep the place nice....
