Loved this location. Staff were super helpful and accommodating at check in and throughout the stay. Location is very convenient to Gatlinburg Convention Center! Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 was that the mattress was terrible in our king bed. It was just worn out… overall a great place to stay! We have already booked for return stay next year!
