The room was very clean and the staff was extremely friendly, great location for visiting Gatlinburg and getting around town was easy with the trolley. Complimentary breakfast was very good. Parking was free and very accessible. Looking forward to our next stay with them. A hot tub would have been nice but not a deal breaker.

Location was spectacular! Easy parking access included. We were able to walk the strip with ease in and out of the hotel. Couldn’t beat the price for location! The hotel is older but maintained well. Will definitely come back here to stay!

Location was spectacular. Cleanliness was very good. Continental breakfast was more than adequate every morning. Pool was out of order the evening we arrived, but quickly repaired and operational for the rest of the days. Bear sightings were constant on the river behind the hotel.

The staff was awesome. Our room was cleaned everyday and restocked. Breakfast was great. I would recommend all my friends and family to choose Greystone on the river. Everything down town was within walking distance Definitely would stay again our next visit

The property is very clean and the location is great. Stayed 3 days, walked everywhere and never moved the car. I can’t vouch for the breakfast because I ate somewhere else. The employees I had an interaction with were nice.

Carry water or you will have to buy it. The tram service starts access the street very convenient if you Plann on using the sky lift get your tickets 3 days before for a 5$ discount. Beautiful vista from the top but you could see it from any of the trails on the way up. We had a good time walking in the market. I would go again but only in the cooler months.

This is our second time staying at this property. It is centrally located to all of the attractions and just a few miles from the entrance to The Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Loved the balcony with the creek view. There is so much to do in Gatlinburg we will be back!
