We love this hotel and always stay here on our yearly visit to Gatlinburg. The rooms are spacious, have a balcony over the river and are always clean. It’s located off the main street but still walkable to everything. It’s a short 2 minute drive to the park entrance. We highly recommend Old Creek Lodge.

The property was nice. The beds were comfy and the pillows soft. The staff was friendly. There was a small creek that ran next to the property and had 2 black bears foraging! Great stay.

Amazing Old Creek Lodge

Old Creek Lodge is an amazing hotel. Our family loved our stay there. Rooms were spotlessly clean and the fireplace was a bonus, It was relaxing to sit out on the balcony and watch the wildlife, including the bears. Breakfast was delicious. We certainly would return and we have told our friends about this wonderful hotel.

We celebrated our daughter's 18th birthday on this trip. How memorable to be able to see a black bear play around in the creek daily!!! It truly made our vacation. We were looking for a cabin feel with a water view with a great price. Old Creek Lodge checked all the boxes. We'll definitely book our next trip with them.

Great location in downtown Gatlinburg with a beautiful view of the creek running behind the hotel. I enjoyed watching the fly fishermen catching trout each morning from the balcony.

We stayed for our 26th wedding anniversary. Everything was perfect the lady at check in was beyond helpful when we had a problem with our debit card she was so nice and polite. The room was so cozy and the view of the stream was perfect we saw a famy of itters and bear outside our balcony. Already booked a return visit for October.

If you're familiar with Gatlinburg then you know finding somewhere to stay can be tricky. The traffic can be brutal. This was a great pick, a little off the main stretch but not far, very close and walkable, but far enough that you could drive off without getting trapped in the traffic. You could go the back way and get to the bypass without hitting the main road traffic at all. Right on a the creek so it had a nice view and you could see the Ober Gatliberg ride too. Room was clean and comfortable.

Lovely stay! Fireplace in room, great shower, comfy beds & beautiful view from balcony- saw black bears along river bank! Only negative- saw assh*les took up 2 parking spaces w/ their trucks. We came back from dinner & were told to park down the street & walk back to the hotel. We paid for parking! Why weren’t the truck owners told to move?
