The room was much larger than most rooms in the smoky mountains and the balcony with the creek and mountains view were excellent. The shower pressure was unexpectedly pleasant as most showers in the mountains lack pressure. It was a great location one block from parkway.

It was good overall but its better to bring your own body wash and shampoo. It has a very good location and we could walk almost everywhere. We saw a bear right on the river from our room balcony. Breakfast was okay.

Room was nice but the shower did have lil mildew in one corner. Balcony was great, other than someone on the next balcony smoking and it came right over. Breakfast was decent I enjoyed it. Location is great. It’s just tucked away enough you’re away from the strip but close enough to where you can walk downtown. First thing we see when we pull up was two bears so definitely enjoyed the experience of the bear being there. My bed was not as comfy as I wish it would have been. The noise level was very low. Would I consider staying again. Maybe …….. Staff was amazing.

Needs a better cleaning crew. One bed spread had mold on it, lamp shades had mold, tv had something splattered all over it. Location was excellent. It is an older hotel. But they could make improvements. We didn't have any issues with parking.

I decided to choose this property because the majority of the reviews mentioned that this hotel was clean and that the riverside view of the balcony was nice. After spending 3 nights here, these reviews met my expectations. The property was clean, we really liked the breakfast, and I enjoyed watching the river run. I would stay here again the next time my family and I travel back to Gatlinburg.
