"Beautiful hotel, not sure how it’s classed as a 3* on Expedia when it’s by far the nicest hotel in Newcastle. The rooms are a great size, clean and cosy and you can tell the hotel has thought of the “little things” that set it apart from a generic Hilton esque experience. "We booked this as a large group and it didn't disappoint. The apartments were well laid out with ample space in the living room areas. There was great cleanliness throughout and areas stayed at a nice temperature. The accomodation was really quiet at night and the key system although awkward at first was easier than keys. The location was also great with a short tram or 20min walk into town.
Only small gripes are that we would have liked more utensils/ crockery, it would also be nice if there...
