Overall, place was okay. Convenient location to the train station, nearby restaurants & shops. The room definitely could’ve been cleaner.. Markings on the wall, floor could’ve been cleaned better, hair throughout the room (previous guests or cleaners?), water from the shower leaking out onto the bathroom floor, TV mount was very loose, garbage bin lid was broken. The view was great though

The apartment was in a great location and had a very comfortable bed. We eat out but the apartment had a fully equipped kitchen with a small shop on the ground floor with food that could be brought to microwave in the apartment. There was complimentary coffee in the lobby on a morning. I would stay here again on my next visit to Newcastle.

Had a great stay here with my 10 year old. Staff were really friendly and helpful.We were able to leave our bags at the property before check-in which was great. The room was a great size, spotlessly clean and equipped with everything we needed. The shower was really nice and the need was super comfy! Would definitely recommend and would stay again.
