"Unlike the 5-star reviews I haven’t got much good to say. The “guest house” is in fact a bedroom in a small condo apt shared with 3 other bedrooms, a common sofa, and small kitchen— even if you did cook, nowhere to eat. Tiny balcony with a mop and ladder on it and ashtray loaded with butts. 15 min walk to subway then 20 minute ride to most attractions in Rome. Noisy upstairs neighbours and barking dog next door. Boring neighborhood with few restos. Worst part of experience was showing up with NO...

Overall the Staff were amazing! Breakfast was delicious. Location was great! Especially being next to the train station (about less than 10 min walk) & restaurants/stores are very close. Only about 2 miles from Colluseum. "

"CAUTION. Spent 3 weeks in Italy and this is the only place I had issues with. The air con is non functional - on/off only with some (warmish) air. Open the window and hear the train that is right below. Host doesn’t speak English and was not flexible. We left 2 days early without refund. Even at the extra expense I could not stay in that room.
