"Nice hotel conveniently located next to the station. Check-in was easy. Room size was alright; sufficient space to put our suitcases and hand luggage. Good bathroom size with sufficient amenities. Excellent coffee machine in the lobby. "

"今回３度目の宿泊。ピアスのキャッチなど落ちており踏んでしまいました。清掃などは毎回不満があります。その他は全体的にキレイでした。また、シャワーヘッドが壊れており、洗面所、キッチンからはお湯が出ませんでした。電話し、迅速な対応を受けましたが、なおらず空き 部屋もない事から、お風呂に入ることは出来ませんでした。ただ返金対応や丁寧な謝罪でとても良かったです。
今回は101でしたがエレベーター前で毎回他の客の声が響きわたり気になりました。"
