"Perfect location; walking distance to Hakata Station, Nakasu-Kawabata Arcade, Canal City and Tenjin. Many restaurants and convenient stores nearby. And a 24-hour grocery stores a few blocks away. Room was clean and comfortable; housekeeping optional but excellent! Wi-Fi works great, mini frig in room and nice bathroom equipped w/ shower and separate tub. Coin-operated laundry facilities and vending machines and micro available. Front desk staff nice: easy check in and check out. A/C worked great too! Ate breakfast once during stay; was okay! Staff more attentive to Japanese guests though. Many other options nearby. Will definitely return but may opt for next room size (sold out this time).Prices were reasonable, considering it was Golden Week! Only drawback (but minor); many guests were non-Japanese so English-proficient staff necessary at front desk and especially when answering the phone! "I am solo traveling Japan and the room, staff, and location were amazing in my books. Room was very much adequate to my needs as I found myself exploring the city and outside of it. Staff were always welcoming and very communicative with me, and the area hosted a lot of good eat spots to try the local cuisine. "

"Breakfast was great and delicious. Close to Hakata station which is great also. It will be appreciated if extra fee for the hotel stay will be noted during the booking. Extra fee is not expensive but still it will be great if the fee is posted on their website. "

"Breakfast not offered in hotel but in restaurant 2 floors below the Lobby. Quality of food on offer 3 stars or below. We paid over $330 per night for a small room, old furniture, old carpets and mattresses on beds almost as hard as lying on bricks. This hotel in NO WAY deserves a 9.4 rating. We were very disappointed with the quality of this hotel. The only exceptional feature of this hotel was the staff. My advice is AVOID this hotel. "
