Avoid staying in this hotel, room was tiny, there isn’t room for you to open your luggage, staff is not friendly and no luggage transportation services provided, you can’t even store your luggage for few hours, location is inconvenient.

The hotel is located conveniently to station and Tenjin area. Definitely a great place to stay if you are visiting Fukuoka and planning to enjoy good food. We stayed at this hotel for almost a week. We tried the breakfast buffet. It was not included in our stay and there was no discount for hotel guests. The buffet style breakfast included variety of local food. The only negative aspect was that we lost our key and the hotel charged us with 2000 yen.

The room was not really clean and actually quite dirty, some food pieces were still on the floor near the bed. So much dust covered on the table and the coffee machine, l was actually quite shocked about the cleanliness of this hotel. At night when the restaurant on the ground floor was closed, a bad smell was so strong when we were waiting for the lifts and it happened every night. I will never stay in this hotel again for sure and will not recommend it to anybody.

Convenient location right next to Akasaka station, close to Tenjin shopping area. Taxi can stop right in front of hotel as well. Rooms are larger than average Japanese hotels. Lots of dining options in the area. 7-11, 24 hour supermarket, drugstore just around the corner.
