Hotel is new and comfortable. Location is excellent few walking steps away to Akasaka subway exit. Food store Reganet Cute opens 7am to 22pm just opposite to hotel, no need to go around for convenience stores. The restaurant may not be a good option but Starbucks, MacDonald, Yoshinoya, Komeda just at the near cross section.

The hotel is very affordable and it's located within walking distance to the underground. It's in the outskirts of Tenjin which is more quiet but still convenient enough. The room is tiny but it's expected in Japanese standard.

Ideal location, far enough to be away from the noise but near enough to get to the central tenjin area quickly. Stay was comfortable and hotel staff were excellent; they helped with my deliveries which I really appreciated.

The staff was very courteous and helpful from check-in, to the room cleaning untill the check-out. We had 3 people and the room was clean and spacious and provided a full set of amenities. Will definitely stay here again, only minor comment was the lack of hanger in the washroom, but overall it's fantastic.
