"This was out 8th visit to Nice and the surrounding area in the last 15 years and we found this the ideal property for those wanting to explore Nice and the surrounding area. Only a short walk to the tram line which runs into central nice and the old town and even the airport with a simple change between Ligne 1 and 2.
The Nice Riquier station is of equal distance south of the hotel and will get you to the popular beach of Villefranche Sur mer in less than 2 mins or Monaco in approx 20 mins....
"Property is super convenient being next to the laundromat, could not be any closer. It’s about a 10 minute walk to the main area of Nice & Beach / Bars all that.
If you are coming from the airport, the stop is 1 block over from the hotel (3 minute walk) again super convenient, no transfers - could not ask for better.
The only “problems” I had with this hotel is the 1-ply thin toilet paper & the toilet sitting high up off the ground. My 5’4 girlfriend’s feet were dangling off it. Hotel...
"The people at the service desk were very polite. The location is pretty walkable to the city center. Our rooms were also cleaned daily and the bed was very comfortable. Would definitely recommending staying here! "
"OKKO is a nice hotel. There is a mall about two miles away from it. There is a train station, tram and bus all within five minutes. I stayed for 5 days. The only thing I disliked was the location it was my first time in nice and I should have done more research. I preferred being closer to downtown. Also I didn’t like that there wasn’t a nearby grocery store or laundry. "
"I looked at a number of hotels, we were travelling with 2 children and my mother in law. I’m so glad we chose this hotel. Very clean, friendly , excellent breakfast and really helpful staff.
Location is excellent, across the road from the beach and just a short walk to get a tram to the main station.
Lovely restaurants and bars near by and lots of posh shops if you fancy that.
Would definitely recommend. "
