Great location. It’s in a pedestrian only street with a lot of dining options including one of the best right across the street. It takes only 6 minutes or so to walk to the Blue beach.

Lovely staff, clean rooms but the limescale in the shower is a little off putting, even though I get the water is hard so it’s difficult to keep on top of. Can’t be beaten for location, slap bang in the middle of nice! Also if you’re looking for a lovely dinner, head to chateaux Marie directly opposite. Lovely setting and great food! Overall really lovely stay, would recommend.

Our studio no 309 on the 3rd floor was very cleaned, spacious and well equipped with a kitchenette. The bathroom was large and very bright. The receptionists were efficient, professional and helpful always with a smile. The aparthotel is super well located in central Nice with a very short walk to promenade des anglais and all shops and restaurants. This aparthotel is ideal for short break in lovely city Nice.

Excellent front desk staff....room decor pleasant,very easy to use and enough kitchen equipment,although the welcome pack was minimal as were toileteries. Cleaning offered once for a 5 day stay, hiwever we could and did have fresh towels more often. Excellent central location.

A perfect place to call home for a week in Nice. Lots of options in close proximity for dining and minutes from the water and a terrific transit system. Reception was super helpful and the facilities were everything we needed! Wonderful stay.

We didn’t expect reception to be located on the third floor, and having to pull our suitcases up the stairs to reach the elevator was quite inconvenient, especially upon arrival. Unfortunately, there was also a blockage in the bathroom drain in our room, which caused water to spill out into the unit. We also found that there was no tissue paper provided, and despite requesting some, it was never brought up to our room. On the positive side, the front desk team was lovely and welcoming, and the room itself was clean. Overall, while the staff and cleanliness were great, the issues with the access, plumbing, and lack of basic amenities made our stay less comfortable than expected.

The hotel is in a very good location, with everything nearby and easy access to the main areas of Nice. However, the overall experience does not match the price, as it feels too expensive for the level of service provided. The rooms are not cleaned daily, and there is no staff available to assist guests or handle issues when needed. In addition, there is no 24-hour lobby or reception, which can be inconvenient, especially for late arrivals or unexpected situations. Overall, the location is excellent, but the service and guest support need significant improvement to justify the price.
