Very well maintained and clean, with maid every second day . Grocery shopping 5 min walk away , and free local bus 10 minute walk . Swimming pool was Olympic size and never busy . Perfect for laps ! Very quiet and peaceful surroundings .

Great Stay at Cannes Marina Residences

We very much enjoyed the stay. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. It is an "apartment" accommodation and not hotel so the expectations are different. Rooms were clean and efficient. We would certainly stay there again. The views are wonderful with the sun rising above the hills in the morning and setting over the marina in the evening. Pool was huge.

This place is not in Cannes proper, it's a short drive to downtown, but that's it's advantage. Walk to a beach and a superyacht studded marina. Eat out, golf supermarket, low traffic, good walking experiences all right outside the door of this elegantly designed resi and hotel apt. complex. We stayed in a one bedder with balconies both sides, a manly man man size TV, cooking facs and views, stunning interesting views over the neighbourhood, mountains and the ocean islands. Stay here you'll like it

This place has no signs and feels like a compond so many locks and keys and pool area has no chairs or anything, place was clean but not good for vacations nothing near by and no communication with staff Only a clean room with uncomfortable bed to sleep and had to drive everywhere Had to take the garbage out before leaving I should have booked a hotel if I was looking for relaxing and neighbours were banging the door and partying all night on Sunday Good place to stay long term not vacation

I stayed here to attend the film festival and it was wonderful. Only a 20 min Uber ride from every thing and it was nice to stay in a quiet place away from the chaos and traffic. Beautiful apartment was lovely and spotless, fully stocked and very spacious with gorgeous views of the marina. Manager was very helpful and courteous. Easy but secure access. I really enjoyed my stay and would stay again. You can’t beat the value at this price

The views from our pool view room were breathtaking. The UBER rides along the beaches to Cannes were easy. The pool was huge and gorgeous. The rooms were clean with a kitchenette and small washer. I could sit and drink nespressos all day long from that balcony. The office staff were friendly, helpful and accommodating. I'd stay here again and bring my golf clubs next time. We walked to the Casino market for baguettes and picnic supplies. Without a car, we had to UBER everywhere else, but I was fine letting someone else drive. I'm very glad that I chose this gem of place.

Venu plusieurs fois déjà sans souci. Cette fois c’est très décevant. J’ai demandé un appt au calme et on m’en donne un face à l’ascenseur ! mais surtout le problème c’est l’odeur persistante : les oreillers et la couette n’ont pas dû être lavés, c’est pas sale mais il y a une odeur de quelqu’un, difficile de dormir avec ça, heureusement il ne fait pas froid et j’ai pu me passer de la couette. Il faut également revoir la literie qui fait le creux, matelas à changer.
