"They consider themselves as luxury but they are really not. There were mice droppings ALL OVER the outside of the room in the hallways. Mice droppings in the staircase corners. They have an infestation!!! Also everything is made pretty cheap (furniture, decor, etc). The staff was overwhelmed with the occupancy the week we were there. Would not come back. Hector at the pool and beach was great!! And the lady that did the margarita class was awesome!"

"This is a small well run beach hotel - we stayed in a bungalow right on the beach it was cosy clean and generally fab. Half board - the food was very good like being in a restaurant with no corners cut. The staff were always cheerful abd helpfull We would happily stay here again and recommend it"

"It’s a beautiful resort but not a lot to do there. There was only one restaurant open when we were there (rooftop). The food is marvellous but very pricey. The staff were really friendly but there were operational issues with the way that food and utensils were provided. Rather than leave salt and pepper, napkins, hot sauce etc on the tables we had to ask for them each time. So they might bring salt but not pepper, or forget syrup for pancakes. I think serving staff needed more training and...

"It is clean, two blocks from 5ta. Avenida where shops and restaurants are located. Near playa mamitas. Unfortunately, we didn't not enjoyed the beach because it was full of seaweed expelled by the ocean."

"Great location. With a supermarket, a coffee shop and a taqueria downstairs, close to everything. Looks to be very new building and super clean. The room was big, I wish there was a microwave. The rooftop pools were awesome! Didn't try the restaurant but it looked very good. Will stay again if we don't opt for an all-inclusive resort."

"Some of the rooms have no natural light coming in, which encourages you to go to the rooftop pool more often. Maid service does not occur by default, and you need to request it. I like that approach. Kitchenette rooms are quite spacious - I upgraded to one after 2 nights for the rest of our 9 night stay. Staff is very cheerful and helpful and accommodating, esoecially Diana. Very close to nighttime music on Quinta Avenida, so light sleepers might need earplugs. Music goes until 2 am nearly...
