The crew consisted of Captain Miguel and the diving guide Jorge. Great people. On the way, drinks and snacks were served. Lugar fantástico para mergulhar de snorkel. Água morna e límpa. Éramos 8 pessoas de uma mesma família e alugamos uma lancha (Tintorero II). A tripulação era composta pelo Capitão Miguel e pelo guia de mergulho Jorge. Excelentes companhias. Durante o trajeto serviram bebidas e salgadinhos.

Amazing place. Super friendly staff, cleaning of rooms was over the top. Security check in at front gate resort was very safe and private. Highly recommend.

This is a fabulous place to stay if you really want to relax. World class snorkling, clean and spacious rooms, heated pools. The property is very well kept and the staff are outstanding.

The staff were amazing - the beach and amenities were pristine. Very happy and we will be back. Special shout out to Sandra at the scuba du dive shop, Javier at the front desk and Christopher at lê cap.

Outstanding experience!!! Excellent staff + service, food + drink experience was awesome, gorgeous location + style, the private beach is so beautiful and inviting, great for snorkeling, sunbathing and enjoying a Mango Margarita delivered to you right on the sun chair - we will be back next year!!!

Cozumel is my new favorite place in Mexico. It is definitely a family oriented island and so much to do. Plenty of eateries. The water was s so clear and beautiful.

Yes rooms are very clean, the entire resort is clean. I had an issue with the shower faucet and it was fixed immediately. Staff very polite. Plenty of bottled water available. Restaurant service slow which should be expected in Mexico,so be prepared to slow down. The Presidente is wonderful!!

This place was great. Everything was very clean. The staff was very professional and courteous. The property is absolutely beautiful. The rooms are modern and spacious. The food is fantastic, although a bit pricey. The main beach doesn’t look very big, but it was never crowded. You can snorkel right there and see tons of fish.

The property is beautiful. Loved our beach front rooms just steps away from world class reef snorkeling. The staff was amazing. Every interaction was kind and friendly and eager to please . Yazmin at breakfast learned we like whipped cream with our coffee and she greeted us with fresh whipped cream every time we sat down. Miguel at the Italian restaurant was a 10/10 server and made my kids feel special. The dive center crew were all great.

This place never disappoints! Beautiful, clean, amazing service! Upgraded us for a cheap price. Snorkeling is top notch right at the hotel. Saw multiple sting ray, puffer fish, lion fish, and even a nurse shark! Love it here!
