"Good price for the room"

"They're in the process of remodeling. The room was very clean, just som little things that need repair. I would stay again, the staff was super. They have a small continental breakfast, good coffee and again super friendly. I even got cash back for checking out early."

"No one at the front desk when I tried checking in, waited for her. No one for check out. The breakfast was cereal, bagel and fruit. Location is good."

"The bedrooms were spacious and well designed. There were 5 of us and we did not feel crowded. The breakfast had good options"

The situation could have been handled more politely and professionally, As a guest, I expect to be treated with courtesy and respect, especially when there is an issue with a reservation. We lost our keys too and we asked her if...

"The property was still under renovations. It will probably be nice when complete."

"Beautiful resort, the landscape was beautiful! Lots of amenities. We also loved being so close to Shipyard golf course!"

"Everything is top drawer"
