The Hilton beach resort had nice amenities. The location is great. Palmetto Dunes area is really nice. The property itself is aged. Our room had a loose shower faucet, loud toilet, an outlet plug was loose, the HVAC did not properly work for the first night. The management would not let us change rooms due to a full hotel but did waive that resort fee. The hotel staff was nice but understaffed for how busy the resort was.

This hotel is modern and up to date. The staff is nice and very helpful. The spa and workout rooms are on sight and easy to find and use. The pool was beautiful and there was plenty of seating for all the guests. The beach was clean and a lifeguard was on duty most of the day. There were plenty of rentable umbrellas and seating available through the lifeguard. We had a room with an ocean view and it was amazing.

From the moment we stepped through the door everything was great! The free upgrade to ocean view. The pool area was so nice. When you go there see the bartenders and Dianne for breakfast! Highly recommend and will stay there again. Whats nice is they have a shuttle to go across the street for shopping and dining.

We had a very convenient and enjoyable stay at this resort. The property has great amenities and is perfectly set up to enjoy the beach while still having everything you need within the resort. Our room had beautiful views. The breakfast was a highlight—there were plenty of options and everything was well organized. The staff members were also extremely helpful and friendly throughout our stay, which really made a difference. However, there were a few areas that could be improved. The dinner food did not meet the same standard as the rest of the experience. The buffalo wings were unfortunately too hard to eat, and the Angus burger was quite dry. Another concern was the bathroom floor, which was very slippery and not really suitable for kids. Overall, it’s a beautiful resort with great amenities and wonderful staff, and it’s a perfect place to relax and enjoy the beach.

Old building that is in desperate need of repair and remodel and along with noticeable deferred maintenance items. Staff was very nice but service was super slow. I know this is a resort but there was a lot of hidden charges that weren't brought to my attention until I arrived. I prepaid and still had to pay another $200-$300 upon checkout. Ridiculous!!

We had a good stay at this hotel. The room was modern, well decorated and spacious. Beds and chairs in the room were comfortable. Bathroom was modern and well lit. The hotel has on-site restaurant but we found the menu options a bit limited. A shop in hotel lobby offers beverages and snacks. A few restaurants are located within short driving distance. Hotel has indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs. Pool towels and available. From the pool deck you can walk right to the beach. They have a spa and bike rental shop but we didn't get a chance to try them out. The only negative I found was laundry room. We needed to wash and dry the swimwear the night before checkout. They only had two driers in the entire hotel and both were broken. Overall it was a good experience. Would recommend it to others.

The staff were so friendly and helpful! Especially Auggur (Perhaps Aaggur). She was an intern at the front desk and I cannot thank her enough for her help and kindness while there. She was wonderful to me. The pool and beach areas were amazing and we loved having lunch by the pool. Everything was clean and welcoming. I do recommend this hotel upgrading their bedding and bathrooms. The toilet was extremely LOW and looked like it was for a child. The beds were unbelievably lumpy and uncomfortable. We ended our stay early because of these two factors. I am not extremely old or overweight, I cannot imagine how difficult it could have been had my 80 year old mother tried to stay here with that toilet so low. Also, there is a large amount of walking involved to get into the hotel with a very large hill to climb from the self parking lot. I wish I had known since I do have bad knees.

The location and view from the room were amazing. We also visited the spa and got treatments while we were there, and those were also phenomental. The staff was friendly, helpful and responsive. The downsides were that the property is a bit older and needed some maintenance. There was peeling paint on the closet doors and our door wouldn't allow latch from the outside, so we had to call maintenance to come fix it. To their credit, they handled it very quickly and there were no other problems. The indoor pool was also closed for maintenance while we there, which was a bit disappointing because it was cold during our visit. Overall, we had a wonderful time and could walk right out to the beach. The spa was also truly fantastic.
