The staff at the Omni were definitely top notch. Everyone we came in contact with was very hospitable and welcoming. The facilities were in great shape, clean, updated and very comfortable. We hope to visit again.

The staff went above and beyond, and the amenities were wonderful. The hotel rooms were clean and very spacious. The only complaint is that you can hear everything in the rooms, from housekeepers cleaning other rooms, to people talking normally in the hallways, but it felt like they were loud talkers. We had a big gap between the door trim and the door, which is probably why the noise was so loud. Luckily, after 10 pm, everyone was quiet, and we rested wonderfully. The XOXO Sports Bar was fantastic, and the pools were luxurious.

It was a beautiful resort, with three different pools to choose from, 3 hot tubs, different dining choices, and much more! We we're very happy to spend our30th wedding lAnniversary there! We will absolutely come again in the future!

Other than the elevator issues we had a great stay. The restaurants are awesome and the staff very friendly and knowledgeable. We stay again and highly recommend.
