"Extremely disappointing customer service and an alarming billing experience. During our stay at Marriott’s Barony Beach Club, staff attempted to run my card more than 50 times within roughly two hours while calling my phone back to back. Despite all those attempts and calls, they could not clearly explain why they needed additional money from me or what it was supposed to cover. If there is a legitimate balance due, explain the amount and the reason. Guests should be able to ask basic billing...

"Good price for the room"

"They're in the process of remodeling. The room was very clean, just som little things that need repair. I would stay again, the staff was super. They have a small continental breakfast, good coffee and again super friendly. I even got cash back for checking out early."

"The bedrooms were spacious and well designed. There were 5 of us and we did not feel crowded. The breakfast had good options"

"The Junior Suite on the 8th floor has "panoramic view" of the conference room roof! You cannot use the balcony for long because of the strong exhaust fan from the restaurant below unless you want to smell the fried food that long! Shower pressure in the top floor is really weak, and resort is somewhat dated. The best reason to stay here is the location of this resort. It is beachfront and located in less crowded portion of Palmetto Dunes."

"No one at the front desk when I tried checking in, waited for her. No one for check out. The breakfast was cereal, bagel and fruit. Location is good."

"Beautiful resort, the landscape was beautiful! Lots of amenities. We also loved being so close to Shipyard golf course!"

"Everything is top drawer"

"Todo perfecto"

"I was disappointed with the customer service was received at this hotel. The receptionist Stacy, was rude and unprofessional when we checked in. She told me she couldn’t find my reservation, and I had to show her my booking itinerary to prove that I had a reservation. The situation could have been handled more politely and professionally, As a guest, I expect to be treated with courtesy and respect, especially when there is an issue with a reservation. We lost our keys too and we asked her if...

"The property was still under renovations. It will probably be nice when complete."
