โรงแรมใกล้โบสถ์คาทอลิกของ St. Francis ที่ชายทะเล, Hilton Head

"They're in the process of remodeling. The room was very clean, just som little things that need repair. I would stay again, the staff was super. They have a small continental breakfast, good coffee and again super friendly. I even got cash back for checking out early."

"The breakfast was horrible. The. Room was not what I expected. The sink was in the hallway/room."

"Great stay overall. The place was clean, comfortable, and quiet, and everything worked like it should. Good location and easy to get in and out. Would happily stay here again."

"Extremely disappointing customer service and an alarming billing experience. During our stay at Marriott’s Barony Beach Club, staff attempted to run my card more than 50 times within roughly two hours while calling my phone back to back. Despite all those attempts and calls, they could not clearly explain why they needed additional money from me or what it was supposed to cover. If there is a legitimate balance due, explain the amount and the reason. Guests should be able to ask basic billing...

"Clean room and breakfast was great!"

"On the ocean. Family friendly."

"I thought it was a good price for the space and service that was provided. Basically most of it was self serve breakfast provided was good parking. Kind of crowded. Had to find other areas once you were in the building overall very reasonable."

"The bedrooms were spacious and well designed. There were 5 of us and we did not feel crowded. The breakfast had good options"

"Pool bar staff were amazing, especially Deja who was there our entire stay. The young guy who worked the beach shack was extremely friendly also..just dont remember his name. Marketplace was underwhelming..so much empty space that could be utilized with more retail items, grab n go food items, etc. Overall enjoyed our stay, and would definitely come back."

"Clean room & bathroom, friendly staff, quick checkin, convenient parking under building"

"Way better than the Hilton, stayed here for the second time after trying the Hilton thinking it was better and boy the sonesta is wayyy better, epically the cleanness and the staff"

"The property was amazing. All of the live bands were excellent. I would have liked to have had a microwave in the room. Also, would have liked a regular size ironing board. The stay was very good."

"No one at the front desk when I tried checking in, waited for her. No one for check out. The breakfast was cereal, bagel and fruit. Location is good."

"Very professional staff"

"I was disappointed with the customer service was received at this hotel. The receptionist Stacy, was rude and unprofessional when we checked in. She told me she couldn’t find my reservation, and I had to show her my booking itinerary to prove that I had a reservation. The situation could have been handled more politely and professionally, As a guest, I expect to be treated with courtesy and respect, especially when there is an issue with a reservation. We lost our keys too and we asked her if...
