"Great location, right next to Rialto bridge, Hard Rock shop and Gondolier station (they are quite expensive €110 for about 25 mins, that's not the hotels fault though).
Only 2 minor complaints. No PowerPoint at the side of the bed and the shower was not the best I've ever had.
I would like to add special thanks to the porter who helped us when we arrived after I cut my finger quite badly on a razorblade in my bag."
"The annex room was roomy but included a stairs , no elevator. Very, very helpful front desk. Staff helped us arrange water taxi’s and private driver. Very helpful with bags and Venice instructions."
"what a wonderful hotel. Right on a small canal close to the water bus. It is a bit away from the really busy areas and had very good restaurants close by. They have a lovely bar where you can actually get a great martini or drink of your choice by American standards. The staff was great. I can't recommend this hotel enough. We loved it for our 3 day stay. Even the air conditioning was reasonable and some tv stations in english."
"Staff was wonderful. Room was comfortable, and the breakfast satisfying. Be mindful you will have to carry your own luggage upstairs. Not a problem for us, as our rule for European travel is to never back more than you are willing to carry up a flight of stairs. Location is convenient to Rialto Bridge and water taxi stop. We really enjoyed our stay."
"Really central for all the main venice attractions... handy gondola basin... 5 mins walk from the main vaporetto.... nice venetian feel...my room excellent size ... others can be small... ask for balcony room as there are only a couple of them...can get a water taxi to the door if have the cash....nice bar... friendly staff
Really great place.."
