Many shops around, very walkable, can be quite loud at night and early morning with people in the street yelling. But a good location of you want near by good and a lot of shops.

This waa a perfect spot to stay in Florence. It was comfortable, clean, and so close to all the places we wanted to see. The staff was accommodating with holding our bags for a few extra hours after check-out, making our time in Florence one ro remember!

The staff was lovely and the location is very convenient. Our room was very small — not much space to move around the bed — but it was manageable. I’d recommend to others because of the great staff and location.

Self Check in was relatively easy. Stayed in the room with the wide twin size bed and private bathroom and tiny alleyway balcony for two nights. It comfortably fits two average sized people (my husband and I). Clean and comfortable room and bed. Toiletries, towels, and slippers provided. Hot coffee and tea in the common area. Great location near the pig fountain. Definitely recommend staying here. Surprisingly quiet despite the crowds outside. You can hear the other guests in the apartment though. We were allowed to keep our bags in the room after checkout for a few hours.

The unit was perfectly located a block or two away from Uffizi, the basilica, numerous trattorias, and everything else! It was clean, safe, and perfect with a bed in the main room with private bathroom and two twins beds in a second room for our kids. There was a nice little entry foyer with several other units that offered a mini fridge, microwave, and coffee and tea for guests. Armand was a helpful and informative host, allowing us to check in early so we could leave our luggage while the unit was being cleaned for us from the prior guest. That saved us about $25 from having to leave luggage at a storage facility. Not something we expected but very much appreciated! We mostly used the stairs but there is a small elevator helpful when arriving or departing with luggage. As the name of the unit implies, it's across from the famous porcellino fountain and a small and active covered marketplace where leather vendors set up shop and pack things up in the evening. There was entertaining live pianist/violin music performing for passerby and sidewalk cafes that was enjoyable to listen to from our room. Slightly on the loud side but it set the ambiance and they stopped playing around 9pm. I would recommend staying here if you are looking for a perfect location, comfortable accommodations, and a reasonable price.

What a perfect little spot. The apartment is in the heart of the city. Everything ranged from 5-10 mins walking distanc). Denis was amazing, the kindest host we’ve ever met - he helped us by providing us with ideas, guidance and making us feel safe as we were 3 women. Thank you!

La ubicación es inmejorable, casi todos los puntos de interés están a unos pasos. El edificio tiene un pequeño elevador lo cual es muy valioso para evitar cargar las maletas. La llegada es autónoma y las instrucciones son claras. El personal estuvo en todo momento en contacto con nosotros, mostrando siempre amabilidad y buena disposición. La habitación es pequeña pero el espacio y las amenidades son totalmente suficientes para lo que se necesita, incluyendo un pequeño frigobar y un microondas compartido. Nos encantó el lugar, es una pena que no hayamos podido disfrutarlo más porque nuestra estancia era corta por nuestro itinerario. Sin duda esperamos volver.
